Website for removal companies, with enquiries that arrive complete
Every Saturday from April to September is spoken for and the Tuesdays in between are not, and whether a job can be priced at all depends on somebody telling you there are three floors and no lift. Most enquiries do not tell you.
The site runs on your own domain, with SSL, hosting and nightly backups in every plan. From £49 to £199 a month, excluding VAT.
Where the week actually goes
Not the lifting. The part before the lifting, where a job is either priced or it is not.
Saturdays sell out, Tuesdays do not
The van and the two lads cost the same on a Tuesday as they do on a Saturday, but the enquiries all point at the same weekend, and once it has gone the rest of that week is a hole with wages in it.
There is nothing wrong with the demand. It is that nobody looking at your site can see which days are worth asking about, so everybody asks for the same one.
No quote without the floor and the lift
A two bedroom flat is not a price. A two bedroom flat on the fourth floor with a lift that takes one man and a box is a completely different day from the same flat on the ground with a driveway outside it.
So every enquiry begins with the same four questions, asked by phone, answered vaguely, and chased two days later when the customer has already had a firm number from somebody else.
Storage is the service nobody knows you do
Half the moves that go wrong go wrong because completion slipped a week and everything has to go somewhere on the Friday. You have the space and you would happily let it, but it is not on the site, it is not in the quote, and so it never gets offered.
The customer books a van, panics, and finds storage from a firm that had it written on a page.
Four parts that do the paperwork
Chosen for a business where the job is priced long before it is ever booked.
An enquiry form built around the four questions
There is a free text box and a send button, and around it the page sets out what you need somebody to write down: where from, where to, how many bedrooms, which floor, and whether there is a lift.
It will not stop anybody writing that their house is quite big and they are moving in July, but most people answer what they are asked, and then the quote gets written the same day instead of after two phone calls.
A quote with cost lines, approved on its own page
The quote goes out as a page of its own rather than a number in an e-mail: hours, van, crew, materials and storage as separate lines, so the customer can see what the third floor is costing them and decide about it.
They approve it there. Where you want a deposit taken online, it runs through your own Stripe account and lands in your bank, not ours.
A price list that admits what depends on the job
A move is quoted. Packing help is by the hour. Boxes and tape are a fixed price, storage is a fixed price per month. The service module carries all four kinds at once, so nothing has to be flattened into one number that is wrong for most jobs.
Services can also sit in categories, so local moves, long distance and storage each read as their own thing with their own prices.
The customers who move twice
Letting agents, offices, landlords, and the family who moved out of a flat two years ago and are now moving out of a house. They all sit in the customer register with the enquiries and quotes that belong to the name.
When the same agent rings in October, you are not searching an inbox for what you charged them in March.
What a removals price list can look like
Your names, your numbers. What is worth copying is that each line carries the right kind of price.
Grouping the list into local, long distance and storage gives each category its own page and its own prices.
Questions removal firms ask first
Quotes are approved on a page of their own, and payment runs through your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to your bank. What you charge and when is your decision, not a setting we impose on you.
Yes. The site is where new customers find you, and the register is where the agents you already work with sit, with their enquiries and quotes attached to the name rather than buried in an inbox.
No. A house move can be listed as quoted, so the page shows what is included and what it depends on without committing you to a figure before anybody has mentioned the floor or the lift.
For removals we would not suggest it and you do not have to. The enquiry form is the way in, you write the quote, and the date is fixed once the job has been priced and approved.
It can be imported, so the text, the areas you cover and the services carry over into the new site. Anything missing is written from a short description, and you edit it by clicking the pencils on the page.
Four plans: £49, £99, £149 and £199 a month plus VAT. Hosting, SSL, nightly backups and support are part of all of them, and the site runs on your own domain.

Put the quoting work onto the site
Write a few lines about the firm, the areas you cover and what you charge for, or point at your current page. The builder makes a first version with the enquiry form and the service list already in place, and you take it from there.
The site runs on your own domain, with SSL, hosting and nightly backups in every plan. From £49 to £199 a month, excluding VAT.
